Driver application steps

Drivers please follow the steps below to register as a kua28.app driver
Step 1
1)Enter the phone number (subject to Sim Card1)
Step 2
2)Enter the verification code
Step 3
3) After successful application, enter detailed information on the account page
and submit photos of your Chinese and Hong Kong license plates and ID cards
Step 4
4) Approval will take 1-2 working days. After successful approval, order acceptance will begin

Verification conditions

Driver verification is successful and must meet the following conditions

1	Permanent resident of Hong Kong/Macau
2	Lived in Hong Kong/Macau for more than 7 years
3	Possess a dual driving license from Mainland China/Hong Kong/Macau/Hong Kong/Macau
4	More than 3 years of driving experience in two of the following
5	Fluent Cantonese communication and basic English proficiency
6	Good driving attitude
7	Own one or more cross-border limousine car
8	Keep the limousine car body and compartment clean

The driver takes the order according to the following steps, the method is simple

1	Open the instant order page and wait for new orders, or wait for new order notifications in the background
2	Click on the order or click on the notification to enter the order
3	You can click accept button after 5 seconds.
4	After successfully accepting the order, wait for the passenger to pay
5	After the passenger pays the platform, the driver will receive a notification or customer service notification and can contact the passenger
6	The driver will pick up passengers according to the reservation date
7	After picking up the passengers, just click Complete Order
8	After completion, settlement will be carried out within 1-3 days

The driver follows the steps below to carpool, it is simple

1	Open the instant order page and wait for new carpool orders
2	If there are similar carpool passengers, click on the carpool slot and contact customer service
3	enough for 3 carpoolers, the first carpooler or customer service will place the order
4	You can click the order grabbing button after 5 seconds. If the first carpool driver is offline, the driver can click the order grabbing button after 3 seconds
5	After successfully grabbing the order, wait for the carpool passenger to pay
6	After the carpooler pays the platform, the driver will receive a notification or receive a customer service notification and can contact the carpooler
7	The driver will pick up the carpool passengers according to the reservation date
8	After picking up the carpool passengers, click Complete Order

The following are purely suggestions from the platform, you can use other methods to accept order by yourself

1	It is recommended to use the Hong Kong version of the Android system flagship phone
2	It is recommended to use mobile phones with Exynos and Snapdragon network chips
3	Disable background programs on your phone, install at least a minimum of Apps and save rare files as soon as possible, so that the driver version takes up more resources
4	It is better to turn on the driver version
5	Switch to 5G network mobile phone card
6	It is recommended to accept order in Hong Kong
7	Places with fewer people are better
